Paying for Your Order

Orders must be prepaid in USA Dollars by credit card, debit card, or electronic check. You may order online or by email at store@deborahhaddix.com.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours on weekdays. If any delays in shipping are expected, a message will be listed on the website.  A shipping method and fee of your choice will be added to your total order. You will see shipping options and fees after you have entered your shipping address, and you will also see a running total of those charges based on the resources in your shopping cart.

The cost of shipping is included in the item price, however, there is an option to pay more for faster shipping methods if this is your preference.  

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged.

We always strive to offer the highest quality products at reasonable prices. Because we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we are confident you’ll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. There are, however, times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should you experience this, we’ll gladly replace them within 30 days of date of purchase.
